Mocor Incorporated warrants to you, the original purchaser, that its product is free from defective materials and workmanship for the period stated below:

14 days from date of purchase. The defective product must be returned directly to the address below, postage pre-paid, with the original bill of sale or receipt. Mocor Inc., at its option, will either repair or replace the product and return it postage prepaid Mocor Inc., 1283 Blueberry Hill Dr., Brunswick, Ohio 44212

While Mocor, Inc. believes its Warranty is a good one, there are some limits to it. All of the following things reduce Mocor, Inc.'s responsibility under this Warranty.

MOCOR, INC. MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. By "Implied Warranties" Mocor, Inc. means Warranties that are not set out in writing. (Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)

This Warranty protects you only when you purchase the Pendulator from an Authorized Retailer in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

The Pendulator must be assembled and attached to units as listed in the instructions. Damages caused by improper assembly are not covered by Warranty.
