The Pendulator is a spill resistant and not a spill proof product. The buyer must refrain from the use of extremely hot or cold fluids in the holder. Spillage may occur and cause burns, skin irritation and/or property damage. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the product.

The product must be installed using the manufacturer's instructions. Manufacturer is not responsible for improper installation. Any small parts must be kept from children since they may be a hazard and excess parts must be discarded immediately if not used.

The Pendulator kit includes a strip of double sided tape that is offered only for temporary convenience of the installer and/or user. The strip of double tape is for temporary use and must be installed only on a clean metal surface.

MOCOR, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. By this, Mocor, Inc. means any loss, expense, or damage other than to the product itself that may result from a defect in the product. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)
